Jay Rigelsky, an Executive Vice President with CRA, has over sixteen (16) years of Commercial Real Estate experience. Jay has represented corporations in the acquisition, disposition, development, and leasing of facilities in over 100 different markets and 42 states. After concluding his service as an officer in the Untied States Army, Jay joined CRA in March of 2000. Jay possesses extensive experience regarding corporate real estate management with a multi market representation focus. Jay’s specialty is assisting his clients with implementing portfolio management strategies focused on maximizing cost reduction opportunities through strategic negotiations, leveraging market indicators while simultaneously conducting logistic studies, labor analysis, and evaluating available economic development incentive opportunities. Jay’s comprehensive understanding of core real estate issues combined with his practical experience regarding process implementation, internal and external economic and market influences, and his unique understanding of corporate real estate management with a multi market focus, enables his clients to execute proactive and informed real estate decisions.
