Jay Rahman

From a young age, Jay Rahman was immersed in real estate through his father’s work with one of the largest developers in the country. After high school, he earned his real estate license and later a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Florida State University and a Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law. Jay has spent more than half of his life in real estate—as an agent, broker, and attorney—working across residential, commercial, development, and property management. That blend of deal-making experience and legal training powers ProClose Realty’s contract-to-close focus, giving clients clear guidance, risk-aware strategy, and on-time closings.
