
Jay Olmstead joined CBRE in early 2021 as a Sales Trainee, working primarily with the research department. He quickly gained a strong understanding of the Edmonton commercial real estate market, and within ten months, Jay officially joined the Edmonton Industrial Team as a Sales Representative in January 2022. In his first year on the team, Jay focused primarily on small bay leasing and played a leading role on transactions with notable clients such as Baker Hughes Canada, Englobe, Synergy Properties, and Vermont Realty. Jay has shown tenacity in his business development efforts, and professionalism in his first year as a broker. He looks forward to continuing to contribute to the team's success in 2023.
