Jay Lyons

Jay joined Compass Commercial Real Estate Services in March 2011 as assistant to Erich Schultz and Darren Powderly. Before moving to Bend, Jay spent five years working as an investment and real-estate analyst for NorthMarq Capital and Capmark Finance. In his most recent capacity, Lyons helped mentor other analysts within NorthMarq. As an assistant, Jay helps Darren and Erich service property listings, represent tenants, work on bank REO assignments and cultivate investor relationships. Professional affiliations: Jay is a licensed broker in the states of Oregon and California and has completed all coursework toward his CCIM designation. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
