Jay Kelly

Jay has over 26 years experience in real estate investing and small business ownership, including condo conversion, single family rehabilitation and resale, multiplex acquisition and management and Section 8 housing. He loves sailing and all things related to boats and beaches. He's married with two grown daughters, Paige and Chandler. Previously was a Full-Time Ministry for 32 years and now retired.
