Jay Hammond began his commercial real estate career in 2006 after serving as a healthcare consultant for 5 years. With a background in Finance and Economics, Mr. Hammond began consulting with healthcare professionals and small businesses to minimize occupancy costs and maximize the efficiency of his client’s space. Mr. Hammond has worked with tenants ranging from start-ups to fortune 1000 companies, and has applied his knowledge of the commercial real estate market to help his clients achieve their goals. Mr. Hammond has also worked extensively with commercial property owners to market their property for sale and lease. His focus is to maximize demand for each property so that his clients can choose the best prospect for their situation. He has the ability to uncover and identify opportunities from his many resources for the landlord.
