Jay Hagerman

Jay joined the brokerage team at The Providence Group in early 2004. He is a graduate of Virginia Tech where he received a B.S. degree in Business. A native of Virginia, he immediately moved to Charlotte to begin his career in Commercial Real Estate following graduation. Jay’s primary focus is that of Tenant Representation. He works with retailers from 1,500 SF – 20,000 SF all across North Carolina and South Carolina. His knowledge, in both small and large markets across each state, benefits his clients in each transaction. Some of the retailers he has represented include: AT&T, McAlister’s Deli, MOD Pizza, Krispy Kreme, Planet Fitness, 7Brew, Deca Dental, Burger King, Walk On’s and Advance Auto Parts to name a few. Jay also has experience assisting Landlords and Developers with underwriting and leasing high profile, outparcel developments, for single tenant and multi-tenant buildings. His commitment and attention to detail help him succeed at every transaction.
