Jay’s real estate practice specializes in private clients who purchase and sell shopping centers, NNN properties, redevelopment opportunities, and 1031 exchange properties. During his 16-year career Jay has successfully participated in over $3 billion dollars in closed commercial real estate transactions. Jay has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington, and a Certificate in Performance Leadership from Cornell University. He also has professional affiliations with ICSC, ULI, ASVB.
