Jay Ferguson

Jay graduated from the University of Kansas, majoring in Business Communications. After college, he went to work for the Eli Lilly & Company pharmaceutical company and lived in Springfield, MO for three years. He made the switch to Ferguson Properties in 2005 and is now the Executive Vice President, overseeing the broker staff. He specializes in Tenant Representation, Landlord representation, Retail Brokerage and Retail Development. In his free time, Jay likes to spend time with his wife, Rebecca and their daughter, or out on his farm, where he raises Angus cattle. Jay's tenant client list includes: Academy Sports + Outdoors, Andy's Frozen Custard, Cato Fashions, Dollar General, El Pollo Loco, Heartland Dental Care, MySalon Suites, Office Depot/Max, Pie Five, Tesla, Versona Accessories and Xpress Wellness Urgent Care.
