He enjoys meeting new people and helping them with all their needs whether they are buying or selling property. Jay grew up on a farm in Orangeburg, SC where his passion for agriculture, land, hunting, fishing, and the outdoors all began. He is a graduate of Clemson University, has over 25 years experience in the timber industry, is a Registered SC Forester, and an Accredited Land Consultant.
