Jay Cohlmia

Jay Cohlmia joined the Retail Group at Newmark Robinson Park as a sales associate in 2016. Since joining Newmark, he has been involved in over $250 million in real estate transactions. He previously assisted the company’s retail and multifamily groups with market research. Mr. Cohlmia and the Retail Group specialize in investment sales, tenant representation, and project leasing throughout the Oklahoma, southern Kansas, and northwest Arkansas markets. Mr. Cohlmia is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a candidate for the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.
