Jay Bennett

Jay Bennett joined Kidder Mathews in 2022, working with Holly Yang, CCIM. Jay is a proven self-starter with a passion for real estate. Jay started in the industry in 2017 as an investor in multifamily residential properties. He has performed acquisition, property management, and general contracting work. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Jay held a successful career in the oil & gas industry, providing $60 million in value, while reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Outside of the office, Jay spends time with his wife and two boys. Having been born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Jay loves all things water, skiing, and hiking.
