Jay Annand

Jay Annand joined CB Richard Ellis with the company's acquisition of Insignia/ESG in July 2003. He has over 12 years experience in commercial real estate, with significant expertise in third party project leasing and tenant representation. As Director of Leasing at Insignia/ESG, Jay headed the firm's retail leasing portfolio in Dallas of an estimated 800,000 square feet of shopping center space. Prior to joining Insignia/ESG in 1994, Jay worked as a senior broker for Heritage Group, whose portfolio was later acquired by Insignia. He also served as a leasing agent with Shannon Properties, a division of Dana Corporation, where he leased a portfolio of eight office properties.
