Javier founded Habitat Realty in 2015, a Miami-based real estate boutique firm with a track record of more than 100 million dollars in commercial and residential revenue. By offering a personalized service, extensive market knowledge and experience in commercial negotiations, he has positioned himself within the industry to lead acquisitions of various assemblies and drive sales of prestigious commercial properties in the Brickell-Miami area. Javier began his career in the real estate industry as General Manager for Habitat Development in 2009, during which he obtained his real estate professional licenses and began to specialize in commercial real estate handling of sales and purchase transactions related to lots and multi-family properties. His latest venture created in 2018, Panoply Company, where he is a shareholder and founder is currently leading income property investments in South Florida by maximizing its potential and generating the highest returns.
