As Executive Vice President of Asset Management, Jason Winans oversees all leasing and property management for The Chevy Chase Land Company. Mr. Winans has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, focusing on asset management and acquisitions of a variety of property types including office, retail, multi-family, industrial, and flex properties. Prior to joining the Land Company, Mr. Winans worked for Stonebridge Associates, RECP, Barings, and most recently BentallGreenOak. A graduate of SUNY Binghamton, Mr. Winans lives in Loudoun County, Virginia with his wife and two children.
