Jason A. Welt is President/CEO of JAWPA. His experience is second to none in the field of “Court Ordered” Real Estate Sales. Since 2002, Mr. Welt has been appointed by Federal & State Courts to serve as Real Estate Agent/Advisor for hundreds of Court Ordered Liquidation. Mr. Welt comes from a “Court” family. His father is the Senior United States Bankruptcy Trustee in Southern District of Florida, and also serves as Receiver for dozens of State Court Fiduciary Cases. He has participated in several successful Chapter 11 Reorganization cases where he has witnessed his father work magic. Now that magic has passed hands to Jason Welt. “JW” understands the court process, he understands the complex situations that can arise during a “Court Ordered Sale”, and he has an outstanding reputation with all of the Trustees, Receivers, and Judges in the District. The Welt name is very familiar to most in South Florida, and Jason Welt is carrying that name very well. Other than being a Real Estate Agent/Advisor, he has served as a referral agent and consultant to the leader of Real Estate Auctions – Fisher Auction Co. Mr. Welt and Fisher had over $300 Million in closed real estate transactions since 2010.
