Jason Skowronski
After almost 10 years and over $170M in general real estate sales representing the public, they decided to shift their career model a bit in the Summer of '23. He still works on unique opportunities and with past clients, but now fill some of those gaps with the investment side of the business. He focuses on anything he can add value to, operate with multiple capital partners, and have collected a massive book of vendors. Flips, multifamily housing and syndication, commercial applications, land development—anything. He has done these deals for others their whole career and now he does them for himself too. He is deeply in love with the Sarasota area, having lived there for 35+ years. He has fished all the waterways, played all the golf courses, and his and his wife, Holly, frequent their favorite restaurants. Holly owns Modern Soul Boutique on St. Armands, and they have two amazing dogs, Whiskey and Quinn.
