Jason Rosenberger

Jason J. Rosenberger is Vice President of Commercial Leasing at Burroughs & Chapin Company, Inc., a Myrtle Beach–based real estate development and investment firm. In this role, he oversees the company’s commercial leasing activities, managing a diverse portfolio of retail and office properties and leading negotiations for complex lease agreements. With more than 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Rosenberger brings deep expertise in tenant relations, deal structuring, and portfolio strategy. Prior to joining Burroughs & Chapin in 2011, he spent nearly a decade building his leasing career in the highly competitive Washington, D.C. metropolitan market.
