Jason Przybyla

Jason is a Senior Associate on the development and acquisitions team at Woodbury Corporation. Jason helps manage all the development and leasing at Falcon Hill Aerospace Research Park at Hill Air Force Base. Falcon Hill is a 550-acre Enhanced Use Lease with the Air Force that has over 1 million square feet of commercial development. Jason has extensive experience negotiating leases and working in private-public partnerships. In development projects, Jason manages all phases of the project from concept and feasibility analysis to construction closeout and property management. Jason previously worked as a real estate Broker in central California with Cushman and Wakefield for the leasing and sale of office and industrial properties. Prior to Cushman, he was an analyst at Goldman Sachs. Jason studied Neuroscience and Business Management at Brigham Young University and earned Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) from the University of Utah. Jason is also a licensed Realtor in the state of Utah.
