Jason Powell is a Senior Director & Partner who joined Stan Johnson Company’s Atlanta office in 2014. With over a decade of commercial real estate experience, he specializes in the acquisition and disposition of retail, office, medical, and industrial net lease properties across the nation. Powell’s clients range from high-net-worth individuals to large institutional clients. Prior to joining Stan Johnson Company, Powell started a net lease team at Akerman & Co., ranking as one of the top producers in the firm. In this role, Powell worked with local, regional, and national owners on project acquisition and disposition services and worked with clients throughout the transaction process.
