Jason Ovadia

Jason Ovadia leads JLL's Industrial Agency Leasing business in the U.S., overseeing a team of more than 500 industrial brokers across 50 U.S. markets. He is responsible for overall direction and alignment with the firm's Leasing Advisory strategy — including top-line revenue growth, client coverage, recruiting and advancing the team's technology investments and roadmap. Jason leads the Industrial Council, serves as a core member of the Industrial Executive Committee, sits on the Brokerage Executive Committee and the Broker Leadership Council. He also oversees the Strategic Accounts Team, focused on growing the firm's largest ownership clients. Jason remains an active industrial broker, known for his strong institutional relationships. Jason brings more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience to his role. As Lead of the Northern California Industrial team, he drove significant growth across the region while remaining a highly productive broker. Since joining JLL in 2008, Jason has been involved in over $10 billion in transactions, completing more than 120 million square feet of industrial leasing and sales. His experience as a regional leader—with a strong track record in team building, technology-driven growth, and institutional client strategy—positions Jason to lead the next phase of JLL's Industrial Agency business.
