Jason Ostach

Jason Ostach joined the Binswanger team in 2017 as an Associate, and quickly worked his way up to Vice President. Mr. Ostach has managed transactions for a broad range of clients including GetSpace, Republic Bank, Sauers Landscaping and Vygon among others and is highly knowledgeable in tenant and buyer representation, acquisitions and dispositions, consulting and site selection. Prior to joining Binswanger, Mr. Ostach gained significant sales and customer service experience throughout the region and greater U.S., in various industries such as media and entertainment and wholesale consumer goods. Mr. Ostach holds a degree in Hospitality and Sociology from Johnson and Wales University where he served in several board positions as a member of Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity. He currently resides in Center City Philadelphia.
