Jason Ofsanko

Jason serves as a Director with Cushman & Wakefield’s Triad office and brings 20 years of experience to his practice. His focus is on landlord and tenant representation for both office and industrial clients, and has a reputation for providing his clients with honest and straightforward advice based upon their real estate needs and objectives. In 2017, Jason was recognized by the firm for being one of the most consistent producers for over a decade. Jason began his real estate career as a Leasing Representative with Highwoods Properties, an office REIT headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina. He worked in the Nashville and Greensboro offices with leasing responsibilities for 3 million square feet of office and industrial assets. He joined Triad Commercial Properties (now Cushman & Wakefield) in 2007. Jason enjoys playing golf and spending time outdoors with his wife, Stacey and their two kids.
