Jason Moser

Jason is a 5th generation Dallas Texan and comes from a long lineage of Dallas history and Dallas Real Estate. The Moser Family arrived in Dallas, Texas in 1878 from Lucerne, Switzerland. Moser Company began in Dallas around 1910 when they sold the Dairy Business located near White Rock Lake and decided to develop the 60-acre Dairy Farm for single family lots. After graduating Regis University in Denver, Jason returned to Dallas to start his career with Moser Company and his Father, Larry, in 1999. To gain a wider experience he joined the Fults Company and worked under Allen Gump. It was in 2004 when he Joined Stream to start their first Industrial division. Jason now focuses mainly on the South Stemmons Corridor, providing 3rd party brokerage services to landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers in the office/showroom/warehouse product. Jason is married to Brooke and has 2 daughters, Mia and Kate. He enjoys spending the weekend with family at Lake Texoma and finding small welding projects as creative pursuits.
