
Jason “JJ” Morjain serves as the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Dragonfly Investments, a company specializing in real estate acquisitions and debt financing. Since its establishment in 2013, Jason has been instrumental in overseeing acquisitions and debt financing totaling over $400 million in commercial, residential, hospitality, and industrial assets. Jason has an extensive background in real estate and is responsible for leading the underwriting and analysis of Dragonfly’s real estate transactions. Before co-founding Dragonfly Investments, Jason held a prominent role at Beacon Investment Properties, which is now known as Accesso Partners. While there, Jason was appointed Acquisitions Manager and was responsible for spearheading the acquisition of more than 3 million square feet of office buildings across the United States. Jason later assumed the role of asset manager for all Florida properties in Beacon’s portfolio. Prior to Beacon and Dragonfly Investments, Jason worked as a mortgage broker with City First Mortgage in 2006 and was involved in property management with Rok Enterprises in 2004 and 2005. Jason holds a real estate agent and mortgage broker license and graduated from the University of Maryland in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance. Jason attended The Schack Institute of Real Estate at New York University’s real estate program. Jason is actively involved in philanthropic activities and serves on the board of multiple organizations. Jason also holds a position on the Advisory Board at Nova Southeastern University’s MSRED program.
