Native to Omaha - Nebraska, very familiar with the Nebraska Commercial Real Estate Market & Economic Opportunities. Prior to working the Omaha - Nebraska Real Estate Market, he was involved extensively with the marketing efforts of a private commercial real estate company in Ohio, encompassing 5,500 Multi - Family Apartment Units & 6.5 million SF of Retail Shopping Centers. Afterwards, worked with several Fortune 500 companies on the West Coast & did executive-level recruiting, consulting for a local financial services company in Omaha. Jason is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Nebraska, a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), pursuing his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Jason attended The Ohio State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Communications with a minor in Psychology.
