Jason Kastner
Jason is a commercial real estate executive with over thirteen years of management experience developing and executing long term strategic national real estate growth plans for high-growth and innovative retail, fitness and restaurant brands. With expertise in the national real estate landscape, Jason acts as the alternative to an in-house real estate department. His passion is to build, inspire and lead a collaborative, high performing culture dedicated to results. Prior to launching the National Advisory Group, Jason spent the last seven years on the leadership teams at an Equinox subsidiary and sweetgreen. As the head of real estate at sweetgreen, he spearheaded the company development from a regional chain of 25 restaurants to a national chain of 100+ by the end of 2019. He has executed high-profile transactions in cities including Washington, DC, New York City, Boston, Chicago, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Miami, Chicago, Denver, Houston and Austin. Jason has a BA from Franklin & Marshall College and a Masters of Real Estate from Georgetown University.
