Jason Helmick, a Southern California native, is a Senior Vice President at Lee & Associates, Inc.-Irvine, where he has been advising clients on site selection. Jason specializes in Southern California industrial and office properties. Jason has gained expertise in strategic planning, site selection, negotiation and transaction structuring for acquisitions, dispositions, lease relocating/expansions, and renewals. Jason and his wife, Laura, an accomplished interior designer, live in Dana Point with their two sons, River & Bodhi, and their dog, Cowboy. In his free time, Jason enjoys surfing, golfing, and spending time with his friends and family.
