Jason has been an active dealmaker for almost 33 years in the Southern California retail real estate industry. During this time, Jason negotiated over 3,500 transactions with a lease value of 6+ billion dollars. Thru these experiences, Jason has honed his understanding of the Southern California marketplace and developed some of the strongest relationships with all the owners, developers, and brokers throughout the region. Integrity and work ethic, along with prioritizing his client’s successes has made Jason an invaluable partner to his clients. Throughout his career, Jason has represented the most recognizable names in the industry including: Starbucks (over 1,000 stores over 28 years of representation), ALDI (over 65 stores over 10 years of representation), Ross Dress For Less (over 75 stores over 17 years), In-N-Out Burger (11 deals recently over a 5 year period), The Gap divisions (over 25 deals over a 15 year period), Williams Sonoma Inc. (over 15 deal over a 20 year period) and more recently Capital One Bank (over 5 deal over a 3 year period).
