Jason Gibson

Jason Gibson’s 13 years of commercial real estate experience includes landlord leasing, tenant representation, sales, development, construction management and acquisitions/ dispositions. Prior to joining Anchor Associates, he worked for Regency Centers Corporation in multiple Midwest and East Coast markets, including Jacksonville, Philadelphia, Boston, Chicago, St. Louis and Cincinnati. Jason‘s highly effective merchandising, leasing, and repositioning strategies help property owners maximize occupancy and revenue for retail centers. He has successfully negotiated leasing and sales transactions for a wide array of local, regional and national tenants. Jason is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He graduated from the Carl H. Lindner College of Business at the University of Cincinnati.
