Jason Freise is a Managing Partner & Co-Founder at Redco Development. Jason oversees Redco’s portfolio in Seattle, Southern California and Reno metros. Jason transactions for focus on industrial value-add, industrial development and industrial outdoor storage opportunities primarily. Prior to launching Redco, Jason was involved in the rapid expansion and development of OluKai, currently one of the largest privately held footwear manufacturers. There he worked for 12 years in several positions most recently running OluKai’s international sales team. Jason received his B.A. in Political Science from UC Irvine as well as Juris Doctor from NW California & currently sits on the Surf Industry Manufactures Association (SIMA) Board of Directors as Insights Committee Chairman. Jason is an active outdoor enthusiast and lives in San Clemente with wife Nicaela, sons Lincoln and spending much of their free time enjoying themselves at San Onofre.
