Jason Fielder

Jason Fielder is a partner and CEO of JM Commercial Holdings, LLC, in Waukee, Iowa, where he is responsible for short- and long-range planning for the company. Jason has a keen eye for opportunities, and a desire to bring great value to thriving communities through prudent and sensible investments. Jason served his country in the Iowa Army National Guard for six years, which enhanced the strong values and discipline he learned growing up in small-town Iowa. Following Jason’s enlistment and college, those values and his entrepreneurial spirit advanced him quickly in the mortgage and real estate industry. In 2007, Jason formed a partnership with Matthew Gustafson and built a successful energy efficiency business in a niche market where he saw a need. Together, they designed an unbeatable business plan that benefited energy companies and customers alike. Jason is a strong believer that diversity and leverage in business are keys to success. He co-founded Energy Masters Commercial, LLC, JM Sioux City Holdings, JM Equity Holdings, JM Commercial Holdings and Westside Land Development Co. Jason is a member of AESP, MEEA, and the Des Moines Flying Club. In his off time, Jason coaches football, baseball and basketball in the Waukee School District.
