Jason Eldreth

Jason Eldreth our current Broker In-Charge and Co-Owner is a Watauga County native, licensed in NC and TN. Jason was recently named as a recipient of the High-Country Top 50 award for being one of the top 50 Brokers in sales production in the High Country during 2019. Jason has served on the High-Country Association of REALTORS board as the 2007 MLS Chairman and served the following 4 years as a Local Director. His local knowledge of the area, residents, and properties, of northwestern NC and eastern TN give him a tremendous advantage for both his Buyers and Sellers. Jason has over 24 years of Real Estate experience and a lifetime of local experience in the area.
