Jason Dannatt

Jason Dannatt is an original founder and Principal Commercial Resource Capital with two decades of practice in commercial real estate and mortgage banking. He has extensive experience in arranging both debt and equity for all major commercial class in all commercial markets around the county. After graduating from Texas A&M University he pursued his real estate broker’s license and was an Industrial Broker in Houston for 5 years. Bringing that experience has added value and knowledge to mortgage banking industry. Although Jason is primarily a mortgage banker he also has experience in investing and developing commercial real estate. He is a partner in Covey Ridge, which specializes in developing industrial parks in Houston, TX.
