Jason Cohen
Jason Cohen was born in Philadelphia, PA but raised in south Texas. He obtained his Bachelor's degree in Finance with a minor in International Business from the University of Texas at Austin. Jason is a licensed Associate Broker through the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission and a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council. His experience over the last decade has been tailored to the multi-family industry, specifically: residential ground-up developments and redevelopment, construction management, property management, staff development, acquisitions, and asset management. Jason has effectively led several multi-million-dollar projects from initiation to disposition and is responsible for Nexus’ initial growth and expansion into the Texas, Pennsylvania and South Carolina markets.
