Having also served as a Director for other businesses, Jason has gained invaluable experience in business operations, negotiations, and client relations. This, combined with achieving high grades in Commercial Estate Agency examinations, allows him to provide clients with both strategic insight and practical advice. Jason took over the business from Brian Hayes, who successfully ran A H Lansley for over 50 years, building a strong reputation for reliability and expertise. Under Jason’s leadership, the company continues its tradition of offering tailored commercial property solutions, specializing in selling independent high street businesses, freehold commercial investments, mixed-use and development properties, and letting vacant commercial premises. Jason is also a family man with three children.
