Jason Abraham Shaltiel

Jason Shaltiel joined Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR in 2023 and specializes in the office and medical office property sector. He advises and represents owners, occupiers, and purchasers in office leasing and sales in Southern Arizona. To each client assignment, Jason works collaboratively, bringing expertise in business development, marketing, and real estate sales. After launching his real estate career with a high-producing boutique residential brokerage in Tucson, Jason joined Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR’s office division. He is married to Elana Shaltiel, an accountant and longtime Tucsonan. In his free time, Jason enjoys gardening, playing basketball, and traveling with his wife.
