Jaroslaw (Jerry) Kaszuba – owner of the Exit All Seasons Realty is a broker with 22 years of experience in real estate industry. Born in Poland, came to USA in 1984. His journey through the real estate industry started at Century 21 David Price Realty where he gained his experience before starting his own real estate company in 1999. Exit All Seasons has two offices, in Brooklyn and Queens, and hires over one hundred agents under Jerry’s leadership. Jerry is known for his high energy and being always available to his agents offering an assistance and help. His strong leadership and mentoring skills have been awarded with Outstanding Leadership Award (2014) and Gold Leader Award (2016). Successful career in real estate and multi – million sales Mr. Kaszuba contributes to his strong work ethic, being systematic, hardworking and collaborating well with others.
