Jared Wallach

Jared Wallach is a Los Angeles native graduating from Redondo Union High School. Soon after, he then went on to receive a Bachelor’s Degree from San Diego State University with an emphasis in Business along with a minor in Management. Wallach was also an intern throughout college at Beverly Hills Realty Group, a full-service real estate firm in the Los Angeles area. There, he was able to learn the skills it takes to properly represent clients and ensure that their goals are met. Mr. Wallach specializes in the sale of Multifamily Apartment buildings in the Coastal San Diego County and facilitates clients’ 1031 exchanges into like-kind properties such as Apartments, Triple-Net, Storage, Retail or Mobile Home properties. Jared's goal for his clients has always been to create and preserve wealth through superior research, finance, advisory, and real estate investment sales service. In his spare time, Jared enjoys surfing, playing drums in a local indie/alternative band called No Car Garage, and competitively racing Formula Light (SST-45) Tunnel Boats.
