Jared Toothman

Jared Toothman is Executive Vice President and Market Leader for Lincoln Property Company’s New York City market. Jared joined Lincoln in 2023 from Vornado Realty Trust where he was a Senior Vice President overseeing acquisitions, development, and capital markets functions for office, retail, residential, and hotel properties held by the REIT and Vornado Capital Partners, a real estate private equity fund. At Vornado, Jared helped assemble, capitalize, and execute a number of prominent projects in New York City including 350 Park Avenue, a 1.7 million sq. ft. office development joint venture; 220 Central Park South, a 620,000 sq. ft. condominium project that shattered national sales records; and 1535 Broadway, a redevelopment of the retail and signage at the ~2,000 key Marriott Marquis in Times Square, which now features the largest digital sign in NYC. Prior to Vornado, Jared was a Director at Eastern Consolidated, a commercial real estate investment sales firm based in NYC. He started his career as an Analyst with Bear Stearns.
