Jared Shapiro is a Vice President and member of Colliers National Retail Group. He specializes in advisory and transactional services on multi-tenant retail and net-leased properties throughout the Midwest. Jared joined Colliers in Fall of 2024 after a successful 5 + year career with the PWF Team of Marcus & Millichaps IPA Division. Prior to Commercial Real Estate, he had a 15 year medical device sales and has quickly gained significant experience in the analysis and sale of neighborhood retail strips, unanchored and grocery-anchored community shopping centers, and single-tenant net-leased retail & medical assets including casual dining restaurants, fast food, and banks. His clients include numerous family trusts, private investors, and regional real estate companies who have found him to have excellent communication skills and an aptitude for delivering results on challenging assignments. Jared received his Bachelor’s degree in business from Ferris State University and currently resides in Cleveland with his wife, Kim, and three children.
