Jared Plamann

Jared Plamann is a Hospitality Investment Specialist in Marcus & Millichap's Minneapolis office. He specializes in hospitality properties throughout the upper Midwest and is an active member of Marcus & Millichap's exclusive National Hospitality Group. The Minneapolis hospitality team focuses on the acquisition and disposition of hospitality properties within the five-state upper Midwest area including: Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Iowa. Since it's inception in 2012, the hospitality team in Minneapolis has successfully brokered hotel transactions throughout their entire geographic region and has grown to become the dominant hotel brokerage firm in the upper Midwest. Jared is originally from Appleton, Wisconsin and now resides in Minneapolis. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration-Marketing from UW-Stevens Point and serves as a Reservist in the United States Marine Corps. During his time at UW-Stevens Point Jared assumed all types of leadership and involvement positions, was active in the community, and gained valuable Real Estate experience. Jared possesses extreme familiarity with the Midwest region and particularly the Wisconsin market.
