Jared Meyers is an accomplished commercial real estate professional with a robust background in transactional execution. He has personally managed over 240 transactions, totaling more than $620 million in gross volume across 48 states, serving a diverse client base that spans from private investors to institutional ownership groups. Meyers’ career began in 2006 as an analyst for Centex Homes, a Fortune 200 residential builder in California’s Central Valley. He then transitioned to a commercial real estate appraiser role in San Diego before joining Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI) in Salt Lake City as a sales agent. There, he rapidly became a top producer in net leased investment sales, earning the firm’s prestigious Rookie of the Year and Pace Setter awards, which recognize high-performing agents. Building on this success, Jared co-founded Sage Capital Partners in 2011, serving as the principal broker. Sage Capital Partners is a net lease brokerage firm providing nationwide investment services to developers, institutions, and private investors. At Sage, he not only closed investment transactions but also actively structured and participated in debt and equity partnerships for various development projects.
