Jared specializes in Retail & Mixed-Use brokerage services throughout Southern California. His background includes an emphasis in Landlord representation of Retail properties in the Inland Empire and San Gabriel Valley. In addition, Jared has been fortunate enough to be involved in the growing Mixed Use development trend in the region – generally combining Retail, Multifamily, Medical and/or Hospitality uses into a cohesive project. Prior to joining CBRE in 2020, Jared worked at NAI Capital starting in 2012. During this time, Jared completed hundreds of transactions related to the lease, sale, & development of Retail properties in Southern California. Additionally, Jared has completed select industrial & office transactions in Southern California, broadening his general understanding of commercial real estate in the region. Jared has a passion for working with local landlords and small business owners - as well as national and regional developers and tenants - to help bring relevant business uses (especially food, service, convenience, and experiential uses) to the Inland Empire and San Gabriel Valley.
