Jared Goodman

Jared Goodman joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2011 and specializes in the sale and leasing of retail, office and industrial buildings with an emphasis on investment properties. Goodman is licensed in Colorado and Wyoming with over twenty years of commercial real estate experience and has successfully secured over 800 transactions with a career sales and lease volume of over $200 million in office, retail, industrial, multi-family and land transactions. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Goodman served as Partner and Senior Advisor with Sperry Van Ness. Preceding, Goodman served as a Broker Associate / Partner at The Group, Inc. in Fort Collins, where he focused on building a strong commercial real estate client base, while helping to strengthen his clients’ portfolios. Goodman started his commercial real estate career as a Broker Associate at Veldman Morgan Commercial, Inc.
