Jared Chassen

Jared co-founded Arch Companies. He oversees all operations and is instrumental in managing investor relations across the capital stack. He is well versed in all asset classes and has executed various deal structures including joint ventures, preferred equity, and mezzanine structuring. Involved in all aspects of deal profit realization, he leads multiple asset classes through conception, underwriting, project design, and leasing in major U.S. markets with a focus in New York and Miami. Earlier in his career, Jared held an integral role at Greystone Development where he grew a team to manage marketing, acquisitions, and dispositions. His experience also includes years of development and construction management. Jared holds a M.S. in Real Estate Development, as well as a B.S. in Business Administration, from Nova Southern University.
