The first 20 was with as a corporate department manager (property management) for a retail chain with the responsibility of 48 locations. The last 5 has been at BLR Commercial Real Estate, as a third-party commercial property manager. Our business model is that although we offer full service asset management, when we have the responsibility for marketing for new tenants/leasing, we sub out the marketing to other listing agents/brokers - we don't compete with them.
