A native Nashvillian and Full Time Realtor®, Janet Denton Gatewood knows the Middle Tennessee Area very well and has been serving Buyers and Sellers in the Greater Nashville Market since 2007! Her experience with multiple offer negotiations has won contracts for her client’s time and again. When Janet lists properties, Janet is smart and strategic with positioning each listing to reach the greatest number of buyers and capture their attention. A graduate of Belmont University, Janet earned an Honors Diploma in Fine Art and Business with an emphasis on Marketing and Advertising. She graduated Cum Laude and became the Marketing Manager for a publicly traded company based in Nashville. She returned to Belmont a few years later as the Director of Alumni Relations before earning her Real Estate License in 2007. She lives in Williamson County with her husband Todd, Janet loves travel, photography, the beach, interior design, finding new restaurants, catching up with friends, and spending time with family!
