Jan Stolow

Jan’s career in real estate took shape in 1985 when he acquired his real estate license in New York so he could transition away from a music career to focus on the sale of multi-family properties. After 6 years of working in New York City, Jan had the opportunity to relocate to Fort Lauderdale in January of 1991 to manage and lease a portfolio of office buildings. In 1995, Jan joined Levy Realty Advisors and was instrumental in the acquisition of the Lauderdale Lakes Industrial Park, a nearly 550,000 square foot portfolio of industrial buildings in central Broward County. Over the course of 30 years, Jan has built a wide network of valuable relationships and continues to expand his portfolio of industrial and office properties while also specializing in tenant representation and brokerage.
