The work consists primarily of disposal and acquisition work, as well as some consultancy advice. The sectors covered include; retail, industrial, office, scientific/laboratory as well as commercial and mixed use land. Jan's varied experience and attention to detail ensures that he provides high quality and commercially focused advice. Given the level of recent and proposed development in and around Oxford this is where most of Jan’s work is concentrated. However outside of the city particularly active markets include; Bicester, Banbury, Abingdon, Didcot and the A34 and M40 corridors. Prior to working for Savills Jan started his career at a global property consultancy where he obtained his APC following rotations in; asset management, valuation advisory and development.
